Veprimtari të tilla na shërbejnë dhe na ndihmojnë të gjithëve, kështu fëmijët edhe mësojnë, por edhe argëtohen. Sikurse edhe mësuesi kënaqet kur sheh fëmijët që punojmë plot pasion dhe vullnet.
U bënë tashmë 5 vite që u mësoj fëmijëve të vegjël të ciklit fillor dhe të ciklit të mesëm të ulët në shkollën jopublike Nr.1 Vlorë, lëndën e bukur të qytetarisë. Me plot tema interesante dhe situata mjaft të bukura të përditshmërisë për t’u diskutuar. Në një prej këtyre ditëve së bashku kemi folur për rëndësinë e diversitetit. Për faktin që jemi të gjithë të ndryshëm, por të barabartë. Për rëndësinë e të qenit vetvetja. Se sa e bukur është bota ngjyra-ngjyra. Ylberi është shumë i bukur, pikërisht se është plot ngjyra të gjalla.
Si do të ishte bota po të njihnim dhe shihnim vetëm një ngjyrë, p.sh vetëm gri, e bardhë apo vetëm lejla? Dhe ata përgjigjen: -Nuk do të na pëlqente, mësuese!
Kështu, nisur nga rëndësia e të qenit ndryshe, nga ajo që duhet ta pranojmë veten për atë që jemi dhe nuk kemi pse t’i bëjmë qejfin askujt e të ndryshojmë nga halli; pasi jemi pjesë e një mozaiku të bukur shumëngjyrësh, me erdhi ideja e një prezantimi punimesh, shumë të bukura, që përmbajnë brenda fantazinë e bukur të më të vegjëlve, deri te Mandalat të skicuara totalisht nga më të rriturit.
Askush nuk kundërshtoi, askush nuk tha jo, të gjithë u integruan dhe bën të pamundurën që punimi i tyre të ekspozohej.
Kjo punë, jo vetëm që i mbajti larg nga telefoni, por edhe evidentoi që puna në skuadër funksionon shumë mirë kur gjërat bëhen të bukura dhe pa detyrime, nxori në pah talente të reja, na kënaqi sytë dhe mendjen. Mbi të gjitha dha mesazhin e bukur të një bashkësie shumëngjyrëshe, dhe rriti besimin te vetja tek gjithsecili, për të qenë ata që janë, madje edhe më të bukur se më parë.
Një shprehje thotë: Ata qeshin me mua se jam ndryshe, unë qesh me ata se janë të gjithë njësoj!
Jemi të gjithë pjesë e një fushe me lule të ndryshme, nuk ka rëndësi forma, ngjyra, apo përmasat, në fund të fundit mbetemi lule! Veprimtari të tilla na shërbejnë dhe na ndihmojnë të gjithëve, kështu fëmijët edhe mësojnë, por edhe argëtohen. Sikurse edhe mësuesi kënaqet kur sheh fëmijët që punojmë plot pasion dhe vullnet.
