Këto janë të drejtat dhe detyrat e mësuesit, sipas urdhrit më të fundit që ka dalë në fund të muajit janar të këtij viti mbi rregulloren për funksionimin e institucioneve arsimore parauniversitare në Republikën e Shqipërisë.
Këto janë të drejtat dhe detyrat e mësuesit të cilat i kemi nxjerrë nga rregullorja për funksionimin e institucioneve arsimore parauniversitare në Republikën e Shqipërisë, Neni 56, datë 28.01.2020.
Mësuesi ka të drejtë:
a) Të kryejë punën në kushte të sigurta për jetën dhe shëndetin e tij;
b) Të trajtohet me respekt, me dinjitet, në mënyrë të kulturuar dhe të moralshme nga kushdo, pa presione, pa padrejtësi, pa fyerje, pa diskriminim;
c) T’i sigurohen kushtet e mjaftueshme për mësimdhënien e efektshme;
ç) Të informohet në kohë nga drejtori i IA-së për dokumentet zyrtare që kanë lidhje me veprimtarinë e tij;
d) Të ketë, në përputhje me legjislacionin në fuqi, liri profesionale në zbatimin dhe zhvillimin e kurrikulës;
dh) T’i krijohen mundësitë për zhvillimin profesional;
e) Të marrë pjesë në veprimtari shkencore vendore, kombëtare e ndërkombëtare.
Mësuesi ka për detyrë
a) Të përmbushë detyrime që lidhen me ushtrimin e profesionit të mësuesit;
b) Të zbatojë Kodin e Etikës së Mësuesit;
c) Të trajtojë këdo, në mjediset e IA-së, me respekt, me dinjitet, në mënyrë të kulturuar dhe të moralshme, pa presione, pa padrejtësi, pa fyerje, pa diskriminim, pa dhunë;
ç) Të përkujdeset për mbarëvajtjen e çdo nxënësi të tij;
d) Të japë ndihmesën e tij për mbarëvajtjen e institucionit ku punon;
dh) Të kërkojë të shqyrtohen në drejtorinë, këshillin e mësuesve, këshillin e prindërve dhe bordin e institucionit çështje që shqetësojnë cilësinë e shërbimit arsimor në institucion;
e) Të kryejë me përgjegjësi detyra që i ngarkohen në provimet kombëtare dhe në testimet ndërkombëtare.
