Mjedis stimulues për të nxënin

Procesi i të nxënit duke u bazuar mbi kurrikulën e implementuar ka nevojë për një mjedis stimulues të nxëni.

Fëmijëve u duhet siguruar një mjedis i cili ofron eksperienca të ndryshme, të cilat do të ndihmojnë në zhvillimin e tyre social, intelektual, fizik dhe emocional në mënyrë të përshtatshme me zhvillimin dhe moshën e tyre.

Pse klasa ka rol të rëndësishëm në mësim?

Klasa është një element i rëndësishëm parësor, pedagogjik dhe hapësinor i institucionit arsimor. Në të zbatohet procesi mësimor i bazuar në programin dhe planin mësimor të hartuar. është vendi ku nxënësi kalon një pjesë të mirë të kohënxënies dhe si e tillë ajo duhet të karakterizohet nga:

- ambient i këndshëm

- klimë pozitive në punë 

- materiale didaktike të shpenzueshme 

- orar ditor të përgatitur mirë 

- strukturë të mirë organizuese

Klasa duhet të jetë sa më efektive dhe produktive që procesi edukativo –arsimor të ofrojë kombinim midis mësimit dhe lojës, që të jetë më stimulues duke sfiduar edhe “bumin” tekonologjik që i rrethon fëmijët.

Në qendër të klasës janë nxënësit, të ndryshëm nga njëri –tjetri në aspektin e zhvillimit dhe të nevojave personale, lidhur ngushtë me programin i cili është fleksibël dhe i adoptueshëm sipas nevojave konkrete të të nxënit, shoqëruar me motivimin e duhur për të patur sukses. Lidhja mësues, nxënës, prindër është shumë e ngushtë dhe këta të fundit ndihen partnerë në këtë proces.

Natyrisht një klasë nuk mund të mendohet kurrë pa udhëheqjen e mësuesit të saj, por ai duhet të jetë një udhëheqës “i padukshëm”, një menaxher informacionesh duke i nxitur nxënësit dhe duke u ofruar burime dhe mundësi të ndryshme të nxëni.

Duhet të bëjmë një krahasim midis dy orëve. (tradicionale dhe asaj me kurrikulën e re)

1- Në njërën orë dominon mësuesi dhe nxënësit mbajnë shënim ato që ai transmeton, dialogu i shkurtër me një nxënës dhe rikthimi i fjalës përsëri tek ai.

2- Në tjetrën në qendër të zhvillimit të mësimit është nxënësi dhe mësuesi krah tij i cili krijon një mjedis të tillë nxënie ku respekton individualitetin e çdo fëmije.

Që të përgatisim nxënës të suksesshëm arsimi duhet të jetë mënyrë jete, të nxënit në praktikë dhe gjatë diskutimeve çon në formimin individual, qytetar dhe me iniciativa dhe sipërmarrje për jetën.

Shkolla sot është pjesë jete, nuk është me detyrim që duhet të realizohet është një sfidë dhe zbavitje, arsimi është proces nuk është me produkt, nxënësit nuk i pranojnë më informacionet në mënyrë pasive, por marrin pjesë në mënyrë aktive në zgjidhjen e problemeve dhe në planifikimin e aktiviteteve të ndryshme.

Roli dhe strategjitë e mësuesit

* Mësuesit duhet ta udhëheqin procesin e të nxënit dhe ta bëjnë të lehtë atë.

* Ata duhet të krijojnë situata duke u bazuar në përvoja të drejtpërdrejta duke nxitur të menduarin kritik dhe pyetjet e hapura te nxënësit.

* Mësuesit dhe nxënësit duhet të përcaktojnë rregulla për sjelljen duke theksuar përgjegjësinë personale.

* Nxënësit punojnë në çift ose në grupe të vogla.

Një rëndësi të veçantë në gjithë procesin e nxënies ka vlerësimi. Sot vlerësimi bazohet në kompetenca, është i vazhdueshëm, nxënësit përfshihen në vetëvlerësim dhe në vlerësimin e shokut, janë shumë komponentë që e përmbushin vlerësimin si portofoli i vlerësuar dhe i koleksionuar nga nxënësit me përqindjen e caktuar të punëve (punë individuale sipas fushave të ndryshme, punë në çift, projekte, testime, vlerësime dhe vetëvlerësime etj.), natyrisht edhe vlerësimi me gojë në bazë kompetencash, por dua të theksoj shumë formimin gjuhësor të të shprehurit me gojë, duke zgjidhur natyrshëm shumë situata reale .

Të nxënit nëpërmjet kulturës.

Vlerat që mësuesit dhe prindërit duhet të përcjellin në procesin e nxënies janë:

- Të respektojnë të tjerët

- Të bashkëpunojnë me të tjerët

- Të sillen në mënyrë të drejtë dhe të jenë të ndershëm 

- Të kenë vetëbesim

Mos të harrojmë se këto vlera përfshihen në rezultatet e të nxënit pothuaj në çdo fushë.

Rëndësi kanë metodat dhe strategjitë në mësimdhënie.

1- Tërhiqeni vëmendjen e tyre… (aktivitete që tërheqin vëmendjen në fillim të orës me qëllim që t’i stimulojmë për temën që do të përpunojmë)

2- Përcaktoni përmbajtje të pranueshme dhe interesantë… Duhet t’u caktojmë fëmijëve se çfarë pritje kemi prej tyre dhe t’u tregojmë që jemi krenarë për përparimin e tyre.

3- Punoni bashkë… Duhet të vëmë theksin në pjesëmarrjen aktive në mësim duke i nxitur të korrigjojnë vetë gabimet e tyre dhe të mësojnë prej gabimeve. Të kenë bashkëpunim në vend të konkurrencës së ashpër në mënyrë që të mësojnë prej njeri –tjetrit dhe të jenë instruktorë për të tjerë.

4- Krijoni skuadra… Nxënësit ndihen shumë këndshëm kur punojnë në grup. Mund të mos i lëmë gjithmonë grupet më të njëjtët nxënës dhe i qarkullojmë në mënyrë që ata t’i  ushtrojnë aftësitë e tyre.

5- Respektoni përvojën e tyre… Para se të realizojmë temën e re u lëmë pak kohë për të marrë vesh se çfarë dinë dhe çfarë eksperience kanë rreth asaj që do të njohim.

6- Tregojuni mënyrën se si… Duhet t’u japim shembuj dhe ilustrime të lidhura me termat dhe aftësitë e reja. Duke u treguar hapat për procesin e ri kërkojmë që të shprehin edhe qëndrimet e veta. Janë apo s’janë darkord dhe pse?

7- Përmblidhni njohuritë e reja… Përdorimi i pyetjeve interesante në fund të orës.

  • Tregomë dy gjëra të rëndësishme që mësove sot?
  • Me thuaj me një fjali për çfarë folëm sot?
  • Cili aktivitet të pëlqeu më shumë dhe pse?

8- Kohë pas kohe, freskojeni memorien e nxënësve. Duhet kontrolluar në mënyrë sistematike që përsëritja të realizojë memorizimin afatgjatë.

9- Përdorni humor të përshtatshëm… Fëmijët janë të prirur për të mbajtur mend shakatë, përrallat qesharake dhe kur i lidhim gjërat me kohën tonë kur ishim të vegjël dhe nxënës. Rezultati do të jetë një përqendrim i veçantë ndaj fjalës suaj.

10- Ushtroni…Vazhdimisht duhet të krijojmë situata të reja ku do të munden të praktikojnë dituritë dhe aftësitë e tyre. “Tregoji shokut…” “Lexoji shoqes tënde..”

Portofoli i të nxënit

Kurrikula e zbatuar në kompetenca shoqërohet me një sërë dokumentesh, përfshirë edhe portofolin e të nxënit. Nëpërmjet portofolit mësuesi i drejton nxënësit në koleksionimin e qëllimshëm të rezultateve/arritjeve të të nxënit sipas një rendi të mirë strukturuar me qëllim vlerësimin, vetëvlerësimin dhe shkëmbimin e këtyre arritjeve.

Ky portofol:

  1. mbështet zbatimin e kurrikulës së re 
  2. krijon qëndrueshmëri në procesin e realizimit të saj
  3. garanton cilësinë e zbatimit të kurrikulës

Më saktë portofoli është pasqyrim i mësimdhënies i bazuar në dëshmi dhe dokumenton arritjet e nxënësve në fusha të ndryshme. Ai është një instrument që:

- reflekton rezultatet e identifikuara të nxënësit bazuar në 

pritshmëritë e RN të kurrikulës

- zgjeron gamën e elementëve që vlerësohen

- krijon mundësi për të zbuluar të nxënësi aftësi të ndryshme

- krijon pasqyrë të ndryshimeve dhe përmirësimeve në një periudhë kohore 

- siguron vazhdimësi në edukim nga një vit në tjetrin 

- inkurajon nxënësit dhe mbështet reflektimin e prindërve 

Përdorimi i portofolit ndikon në një të nxënë më të thellë si arkivues dhe seleksionues i detyrave. Portofoli duhet të ketë disa rubrika që janë të njëjta për të gjithë nxënësit dhe strukturohen nga mësuesit dhe nga nxënësit.

Sugjerohet që një portofol të përmbajë:

1- një autobiografi të nxënësit (një format të vogël CV që nxënësi e plotëson)

2- detyra, pune, projekte që tregojnë rezultatet e të nxënit.

3- punime dhe projekte që nxënësi i ka bërë vete në mënyrë të pavarur ose në bashkëpunim me të tjerët, i nxitur nga tema të ndryshme mësimore, interesa personale dhe situata nga jeta e përditshme.

4- vetëvlerësime të nxënësit, vlerësime nga shokët.

Portofoli lehtëson vënien e notës, realizon vlerësim objektiv, plotëson procedurat tradicionale të vlerësimit. Vetëvlerësimi nxit klimën konkurruese dhe përmirësimin e vetë nxënësit në ato drejtime që evidenton problematike.

Vlerësimi i portofolit është i përfshirë në paketën e vlerësimit dhe ky portofol lehtëson vënien e notës duke realizuar vlerësimin objektiv.

Rubrikat e portofolit përcaktohen nga mësuesi dhe strukturohen nga mësuesi dhe nxënësi. 

Rubrikat duhet të jenë të njëjta për çdo nxënës dhe mësuesi duhet të vendosë si duhet të jenë ato. Mësuesi vendos parametrat dhe nxënësi lihet i lire te zgjedhe dhe te vendose se cilat detyra duhet të koleksionoje. Kjo mënyrë e nxit rritjen e përgjegjësisë se nxënësit për punë cilësore. Nxënësi rrit vetëvlerësimin dhe vlerësimin për shokët.

1- Rasti i parë rubrikat e portofolit u referohen temave mësimore, RN në bazë kompetencash për një periudhë të caktuar kohe. Për çdo

 RN paraqiten pune si ne fillim ,gjate dhe ne fund te realizimit te RN. Nxënësi, prindi, mësuesit, nxënësit e tjerë shohin se si njohuritë dhe aftësitë kanë ndryshuar gjatë vitit. Ky portofol përdoret në arsimin parashkollor dhe fillor.

2- Rasti i dytë kur vlerësimi i portofolit orientohet nga produkti. Nxënësi koleksionon punët që konsiderohen si më të mirat. Në këtë rast rritet motivimi dhe pavarësia e nxënësit për të dokumentuar dhe reflektuar më shumë në nivelet e arritjes. Ky portofol përdoret në klasa më të larta sepse nxënësit kanë më shumë pjekuri dhe aftësi për të zgjedhur punët e tyre.

E rëndësishme është, që ne si mësues pavarësisht ndryshimit kurrikular, të realizojmë më së miri procesin e mësimdhënies dhe të nxënies, të arrihet më së miri realizimi i kompetencës qytetare, baza e përfaqësimit të çdo individi pavarësisht arritjeve akademike të tij dhe të falim sa më shumë dashuri. Figura e mësuesit është fotoja që mbahet mend gjatë gjithë jetës.
